You can book a bay by clicking the “Book Now” button on our website. From there, select your desired option & time, then proceed to checkout.

If you are a member, make sure you’re logged in to access the member booking options.

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Your Golf Booking. Towards the bottom of this email there will be a link labeled “Click to get access.” When you arrive, click that link to unlock the door and access the facility.

The link will work to unlock the door up to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Refer to your confirmation email for your assigned bay. Once at the bay, use the remote located on the wall between the two bays to turn on the projector. Stand at the hitting area and point the remote towards the front of the white projector unit (where the light comes out) to turn it on. Wiggle the mouse to turn on the computer, at which point you should see the Trackman software.

If needed, power the computer on by opening the cabinet and pressing the power button on top of the computer. Once the computer is on, select the “Trackman Performance Software” (orange TPS icon) to open the simulator software.

Track your data by logging into the Trackman system. Once the simulator is on, scan the QR code in the top right or press the “Sign In” button in the bottom left to log in or create a Trackman account.

The “Range” mode in the practice menu is a great place to warm up before a round. If you want to get deeper into working on your swing, we’d recommend trying the “Swing Analysis” mode for deeper customization and analytics.

Before starting a round, take a second to ensure you have the proper tees and settings selected. Once you’ve selected a course, change the tees by clicking on your player. Game Settings are on the right side of the screen.

Want to putt? Our simulators are set to auto-putt by default once you reach the green. If you want to putt, we’d suggest changing the putting to Manual - Aimed in the game settings.

Snacks & Drinks can be purchased at the facility via the QR code above the drinks fridge. Feel free to bring your own, we just ask that you keep the facility clean. Any golf balls, gloves, hats, etc. can be purchased via the QR code under the TV.

Once you’re done, we ask that you clean up after yourself and put back all tees and golf balls. Please turn off the projector, and place the remote back on the dividing wall. Sign out of the Trackman software and you’re good to go!
